Your scheduled appointments will run June 14th – 15th for all NLGS buyers and vendors. Vendors, please make airfare arrangements to arrive at the hotel no later than 1PM Monday June 13th, buyers may arrive by 4PM. All appointments could last until 5PM on Wednesday June 15th, so please book airfare accordingly.
Event check-in and product display setup will start at 9AM and end at 3PM on Monday June 13th. All display setup must be completed by 3PM Monday. This will afford buyers the opportunity to preview the product display area and nominate winners for the Product Pick Award.
Breakdown: Product display breakdown will begin on Wednesday June 15th at 1PM, and must be completed by 5PM. All items remaining after 5PM on June 15th will be donated to a local charity.
The opening reception and happy hour will start at 6PM on Monday June 13th, and all participants are welcome. This is a great networking opportunity and dinner, drinks, and event information will be provided. We are excited to see you there!
The DFW Sheraton Airport provides a free airport shuttle from the DFW airport. Once you have your luggage call the hotel at 972-929-8400. They will tell you your pick up location and what time they will arrive.

Directions to Hotel: Take TX-114 E to W John Carpenter FWY in Irving. Take exit toward Esters Blvd. from TX114 E 2.8 miles. Continue on W John Carpenter Fwy to your destination 0.2 miles.
