Your scheduled appointments will run June 13th – 14th for all NLGS buyers and vendors. Vendors, please make airfare arrangements to arrive at the hotel no later than 1PM Monday June 12th, buyers may arrive by 4PM. All appointments could last until 5PM on Wednesday June 14th, so please book airfare accordingly.
Parking is on a first come first serve basis. The hotel does not guarantee parking. Parking is charged at the discounted rate of $15.00 per day for all overnight guests.
Event check-in and product display setup will start at 9AM and end at 3PM on Monday June 12th. All display setup must be completed by 3PM Monday. The Crown Plaza will accept shipments no earlier than 5 days prior to the arrival day of event. Do not ship before June 7th, 2023.
Receiving Service Charges:
$5.00 per item 1-20 pounds
$10.00 per item 20-100 pounds
$15.00 per item 100-200 pounds
$100.00 per item 200 pounds and/or all skids
Breakdown: Product display breakdown will begin on Wednesday June 14th at 1PM and must be completed by 5PM. All items remaining after 5PM on June 14th will be donated
The hotel will charge a storage fee for any items left longer than 3 business days of departure at $5.00 per item per day.
The opening reception and happy hour will start at 6PM on Monday June 12th, and all participants are welcome. This is a great networking opportunity and dinner, drinks, and event information will be provided. We are excited to see you there!
The hotel shuttle is complimentary to/ from O’Hare Airport 5am-9pm daily.
The shuttle leaves the hotel every hour. The shuttle picks up at door #2 at the shuttle bus center. ( Follow the signs from baggage claim to get to the shuttle bus center)
