As an authorized representative of the company in which I am currently employed, I acknowledge that I have
read and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Terms and Conditions: Payment Policy: Deposit must accompany the registration form to hold your prioritized scheduling position. Second payment of $1000 is due by December 31st with final balance due by March 1st of the year of the event.
Registrations returned without deposits are not considered registered and your priority position will not be assigned until deposit or full payment is received.
Registration Deadline: May 15th of the year of the event. Late registrations are subject to $100 late fee. Companies with outstanding balances will be denied access to the event.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to January 3rd of the year of the event and are subject to a $400 administrative fee. Any requests to cancel after this date will not be honored and no monies will be refunded. There are no refunds for incidental registration modifications.
